• Location: You are responsible for identifying the location of the septic tank covers. If we are required to search for or dig to find covers, additional labor fees may apply.
• Safety: Please keep children and pets away from the work area while our technicians and heavy equipment are on-site.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate information regarding your system’s history and any known issues.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

• Estimates: Quotes provided over the phone or via the Site are estimates based on standard conditions. Final pricing may vary based on the actual volume pumped, depth of the tank, or unforeseen complications.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• System Failure: Pumping a tank is maintenance and does not guarantee the long-term health of an aging or failing drain field. We are not liable for system backups or failures occurring after a standard maintenance service.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice or being unable to provide access upon arrival may result in a "trip charge" or "aborted visit" fee.
